Hi there, I’m Emma and I can help you figure it all out!

I provide anxiety therapy from a trauma-informed lens for teens and adults using introspection and humor to challenge thoughts about yourself and those around you. My clients walk away from therapy feeling like they’ve gained a clearer picture about their wants and needs, that they understand both what they’re feeling and why they’re feeling it, and how they can integrate what they’ve learned into their day-to-day life.
